Mother Teresa enjoyed the promises made by the Eucharist And so can you

“When the Sisters are exhausted, up to their eyes in work; when all seems to go awry, they spend an hour in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament. This practice has never failed to bear fruit: they experience peace and strength.” ~Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta

We all have heard about the Mother Teresa and her tireless efforts to bring the message of Christ’s life and presence to us all especially the under privileged?  And, where did Mother Teresa and the sisters of her order turn when they needed peace, inspiration and motivation to get through their long days – the Blessed Sacrament.

They turned to the very presence of God that you can pray before at St. Ann’s Eucharistic Adoration.  A true mystery of our church, the Blessed Sacrament is God here on Earth who offers you the same peace, inspiration and motivation that Mother Teresa turned to for assistance.

We can all use time like that, can’t we?  We all work hard each day, each week each year doing the best we can for ourselves and those around us.  We always read about the people who lose sight of why they work so hard.

For many of us, we worked hard for others because that is what we are taught in our Catholic training.  Sometimes, we can forget that along the way and believe we are working for a bigger house or nicer car or other possessions.  But at the heart of it, it all began with us working hard for others.

God knows you though.  He wants you to re-connect with him and your Catholic teachings, remember the meaning of our faith and find the inner strength, true inner strength to meet our daily challenges,

Join us at Eucharistic Exposition, remember your Catholic teachings of service to others and draw on the strength provided by the living presence of God that will be before you. And, like mother Teresa, enjoy the peace, inspiration and motivation that God brings to your life.
