We kicked off the new liturgical year and continue in our advent season. As we prepare ourselves for the Christmas Season, take the time to slow down and reflect on the true meaning of the season.
A lot of liturigal events happen in December and into the new year:
Dec. 3/4 Second Sunday of Advent
Dec. – 3/4 – Rosary Sale after Masses – thanks!
Dec. 6 – St.Nicholas – on Sunday Dec. 4th, join us for our Mass+… event in the gym with St. Nick and fun activities.
Dec. 8 – Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary – Vigil Mass on Dec. 7th at 7:00pm, Mass at 10:00am on the 8th. (no exposition, no confession)
Dec. 10/11 Third Sunday of Advent
Dec. 11 – Mass+… features the kickoff of Lectio God.
Dec. 12 – Our Lady of Guadalpe (Patron Saint of North America) Spanish Mass at 5:30am.
Dec. 17/18 Fourth Sunday of Advent
Dec. 20 – “Carols and Caring” will take place in the upper lot. Join us for Caroling and treats. Please bring a donation of items for Saint Vincent De Paul or for one of our pregnacy centers. More details in the bulletin which you can find on the homepage. Home made Christmas cookies and hot chocolate!
Dec. 24 – Christmas Eve with Masses at 3:00 (Fr. Rob Jack) & 11:30 (Fr. Jim Wedig)
Dec. 25 – CHRISTMAS! Mass at 9:30 am (Fr. Rey Taylor)
Dec. 31/Jan1 – Regular Mass schedule
Jan. 1 – Solemnity of Mary, the Holy Mother of God
