What is Mass+…?
After 10 months of activities, this question seems to be asked. Mass+… gives parishioners the opportunity to experience our faith in community through formation and service to others. This program is for parishioners of all ages and life experiences. We offer programs for our youngest as well as our seniors. These include babysitting, preschool, youth program for 1st through 6th grade, youth choir, teen group for those students 7th through 12th grade, and adult sessions.
Our next season of Mass+… kicks off on August 4th. This coming season we have new topics and talks as well as family activities and breakfasts. There are various activities planned as a Mass++…, which means these activities will take place after the 11:30 a.m. Mass. Some of these events include Tailgate Party when the Bengals take on the Rams on October 27th and a birthday party for the Church on Pentecost. We are bringing back the Multicultural Taste of St. Ann next spring as well.
This season, Father McCarthy is presenting the catechism in a four part series. He will focus on the Creed in August, the Sacraments in October, Morality in February and complete the series with Prayer in March. This series will be full of information and enlightenment. Make sure to plan to attend.
