Fr McCarthy had two main points from this past Divine Mercy Sunday readings. First, the scriptures are there to guide us in our lives and the role our church plays in bringing that understanding. Second, we can learn from the Apostle “doubting” Thomas how to grow in faith and God’s mercy.
